Ethics and professional standards

Welcome to the Ethics and Professional Standards Division of the Teachers Council of Malawi. Our division is dedicated to developing and upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and conduct within the teaching profession. We work tirelessly to ensure that all teachers and teaching professionals adhere to the code of ethics and professional standards set forth by the Council.

Our responsibilities include:
1.  Developing teaching professional standards and practices
2. Monitoring compliance with ethical guidelines
3.  Enforcing adherence to professional standards
4. Providing guidance on ethical dilemmas and professional conduct
