Investigations Division

Welcome to the Investigations Division of the Teachers Council of Malawi. Our division is responsible for documenting and investigating complaints, incidents, and cases of malpractice related to teachers and teaching professionals. We are committed to upholding the integrity of the teaching profession and ensuring that all educators adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct.

Our responsibilities include:
1.  Documenting and reviewing complaints and incidents
2.  Conducting thorough investigations into alleged malpractice
3.  Recommending appropriate actions and resolutions
4.  Safeguarding the reputation of the teaching profession

We take all complaints and allegations seriously and conduct impartial investigations to address any breaches of professional conduct. Our goal is to maintain transparency, accountability, and fairness in handling cases of misconduct within the teaching profession.
