Human Resource and Administration Division

The Division will be responsible for the management and development of human capital and provision of administrative services.

In terms of human capital, the Division will design competitive policies, programmes and strategies that will attract and retain qualified, experienced and talented human capital. It will, therefore, be at the helm of developing and interpreting terms and conditions of service, handling grievances and disciplinary issues, recruitment and staff development matters. 

As for administrative services, the Division will be involved in coordinating and overseeing office services, fleet management, property management and management of outsourced services such as security and cleaning. 

The Division is also entrusted with overseeing ICT and procurement Services.

Functions

The Division will perform the following functions: –

  1. The management and development of human capital.
  2. The provision of administrative services
  3. The provision of ICT services
  4. The procurement and disposal of assets.

The recommended establishment for the Division is as follows: –

  1 x Human Resource and Administration Manager (TC 3)

1 x Human Resource and Administration Officer (TC 5)

1 x ICT Officer (TC 5)

1 x Procurement Officer (TC 5)

1 x Administrative Assistant (TC 7)

1 x Receptionist (TC 9)

3 x Driver (TC 11)

1 x Office Assistant (TC12)
