Research and Planning
The Department of Research and Planning plays critical roles information and knowledge generation. Its primary responsibilities involve data collection, analysis, strategic planning to support informed decision-making and policy development by the Council. Following are the key areas of focus:
- Research: Conducting in-depth research on various topics to inform policy and operational decisions
Communication and dissemination: Disseminating research findings through publications, presentations, and conference
Strategic planning : Assisting in the formulation of long-term goals and objectives based on data insights and developing detailed plans to achieve the strategic goal
Performance monitoring: creating methodologies to assess the effectiveness of programs against strategic plans and making adjustments as needed
Consultancy :Identifying funding opportunities and develop funding proposals
